Terms for cancelling an order
– Customers can cancel their orders before the product is shipped.
– If the product has already been shipped, customers cannot cancel it.

1. Refund conditions
– If the product is damaged from the manufacturing process or while shipping, customers can request a full refund within 7 days after receiving the product.
– If we send the wrong type or size, customers can request a full refund within 7 days with no return fee.
- Customers can return the product and request a refund within 7 days (according to the return terms). We will refund the price that the customer paid. If the product is damaged during use, the company will refund but not the full price that the customer bought.
2. Refund
– Once the order cancellation is approved, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
– Refund time may vary depending on the policy of your bank or credit card company.
3. Refund method
– Refund will be processed via the original payment method used by the customer to place the order.
– The customer will be notified by email once the refund is successful.
